Parking via app

At the unrestricted pay and display car parks (e.g. Esplanade, Traunsteinstraße, Toscana, Franzl im Holz, Krankenhaus, Seebahnhof and Rathausplatz) can also be parked using a mobile phone app. You can choose from the EasyPark, Bluecode and Parkster systems.

In the case of EasyPark, the provider charges 15 per cent of the parking costs as a handling fee; with mobile phone parking by Bluecode and Parkster, the customer only pays the actual parking fee, the share for the system provider is covered by the municipality.

This is how it works: - Download Handyparken by Bluecode, EasyPark or Parkster to your smartphone, register and select the desired payment method. - When opening the app, check the location, determine the parking time with the bike and start the parking process. - To stop or extend manually, operate the wheel again. Parking otherwise ends automatically as soon as the set parking time expires.
