Salzkammergut Mountain Bike Center

The Salzkammergut is one of the best Mountain Bike Region in Austria. From the trend mountainbiking as a spare time and holiday sport  emerged one of the most attractive competence centers.

Numerous businesses in the Inner Salzkammergut, in the Ausseerland, at the Traunsee and in Bad Ischl have come together to found the Mountainbike Competence Center Salzkammergut. The spectrum ranges from taxi-shuttles for bikers, bike suppliers and establishments and huts especially catered to bikers. The occasion for this was the well developed route network and the wide range of trails with varying difficulties. 

Due to this, bikers cant only enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Salzkammergut but excellent services as well. 

Not only that, all member companies have certain criteria, such as keeping tools and substitute material or, for example, the jersey lingerie service and a tour catering u.v.m. There is also an extensive program of guided tours, whether in group or individually, driving technique training (indoor and outdoor), and a great bad weather program, such as lectures by experienced professionals on proper nutrition, tool teaching, etc.

Every facility has a trained on-site staff that can answer any bike-related questions. Furthermore, the biker in each of these companies will find everything he needs to spend a bike holiday in the region, be it, he is looking for carbohydrates or he just needs a new hose .... And let's be honest - who has not cursed often in the middle of the tour, because the hose was in the bucket - in the area of the MTB center, no problem, because the next member cottage, or the next member business is not far away and the problem is solved.
